Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns in original, unworn condition with all tags and liners intact within 14 days from delivery and offer free exchanges for all orders shipped to the US. All returned items are reviewed by our Quality Assurance team to ensure they are received in acceptable condition and ultimately processed. As a reminder, all initial shipping costs (including duties) are non-refundable.
All standard exchanges will ship after you’ve returned your items back to our warehouse. If you need your exchange sooner, we now offer instant exchanges! If you need to expedite an exchange, update the exchange address, or are interested in applying a promotional discount/bundle/promotion to your exchange, you will instead need to initiate a return for a refund and place a new order as we are not able to edit exchanges.
US returns: If you are looking to return your order for a refund, your return will be subject to a $5 processing fee. This fee is waived if you choose to initiate an exchange or return for store credit instead.
Canadian returns: For all returns for refund, your return will be subject to a $10 processing fee. This fee is waived for all exchanges or returns for store credit.
Other international returns: For orders delivered outside the US or Canada, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. When you initiate a return and visit our Return Portal, you will receive instructions on where to return your order. At this time, we are not able to support international exchanges. If you’d like to try a different Andie product, we encourage you to place a new order directly from our website.
Final Sale: Any and all items marked as final sale (including all underwear) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
