Returns & Exchanges
We offer free exchanges and returns within 21 days from the delivery date for eligible items shipped in the U.S. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All underwear purchases are final sale. Returned and exchanged items must be in unworn condition with all tags and liners attached. Shipping costs on the original order (including duties and taxes) are not refundable.
Canadian returns: Please create a prepaid return label at the links below. Canadian returns for refund are subject to a $10 processing fee.
Other international returns: We're not able to provide prepaid return labels for orders shipped outside the U.S. and Canada. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for details on how to send back your return.
Exchange for a New Size/Fit
If you're simply exchanging for a new size or fit, please choose your new suit through the portal. Exchange items are sent after original pieces are returned.
Exchange for Something New
Choose eGift card if you are looking for a different color or style. Store credit is issued after the original item is returned and can be applied to a future order.
If you're in a rush, we recommend ordering the new piece from our site and returning the original for a refund.
