We offer free returns & exchanges for all orders shipped to the US! We accept returns in original, unworn condition with all tags and liners intact within 14 days from delivery. All return outcomes are subject to review by our Quality Assurance team. For any damaged or worn items, please contact our Fit Expert team at hello@andieswim.com so we can help make it right. All shipping costs on the original order (including duties and taxes) are non-refundable. Refunds can only be issued back to the original payment method.

We now offer the option to select instant exchanges! All standard exchanges will ship after you’ve returned your items back to our warehouse. For instant exchanges, you will be prompted to add your credit card details, and a hold for the value of your exchanged items will be placed on your card until your return is shipped back to us using the corresponding label. Please note, that you must send back your item within 14 days, or you will be charged the full price of the item. If you need to change the shipping speed of an exchange, need to update your address, or are interested in applying a promotional offer, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order directly from our online store.

Canadian returns: You can create a prepaid return label here. Canadian returns for refund are subject to a $10 processing fee. This fee is waived for exchanges or returns for store credit.

Other international returns: For orders delivered outside the US or Canada, we are unable to provide prepaid return labels at this time. You can visit our Return Portal here to receive instructions on how to return your order. We are not able to offer international exchanges at this time. As an alternative, we encourage you to place a new order directly from our website and return the original order for a refund or store credit. Andie's Return policy is subject to change depending on the terms and conditions of any applied promotions at the time of purchase.

Final Sale: All final sale items (including all underwear) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
