These bottoms are lovely - they fit well, are flattering, and show a perfect amount of booty. The elastic was smooth and did not cut in anywhere, and though I didn't find the fabric compressive, it was soft, comfortable, and did not lose shape when wet. It was also opaque when wet, which is great for a light colored fabric. I will say that I found this to run large for swim - I had to exchange for an XS, which is true to my size for clothing, but not typical for swim - I have never worn an XS suit. Customer service was extremely kind, quick, and helpful for the exchange.
