Andie is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Wholesale Sales and Operations Manager to join the team. As the Wholesale Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key wholesale partners, implementing processes to maximize revenue, and executing on company wide wholesale goals. This person will proactively manage sales and inventory to seamlessly build and scale the wholesale business. You will need to be able to collaborate and communicate well with cross-functional teams including production, planning, operations, and customer experience. This individual is expected to be highly organized, entrepreneurial, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. This role reports into the Senior Director of Merchandising & Wholesale.


  • Manage entire go to market strategy front to back and work cross functionally to deliver on all asset needs (market appointments, trade shows, sample organization, linesheet creation etc)
  • Create processes to organize incoming wholesale orders, track shipping, and invoice accounts as well as manage launch calendar with drop ship vendors
  • Develop strong relationships with partners to ensure longevity of wholesale relationships and support wholesale partners needs
  • Work internally and externally to ensure key strategic brand objectives are executed across retailers, online and in stores
  • Communicate regularly with accounts including informing of promotional activities and markdown cadence, marketing initiatives, in season ATS, out of stocks, and order deadlines
  • Provide insights to merchandising on market trends to ensure assortment continues to expand Andie’s customer reach within the wholesale channel
  • Serve as the liaison between planning, operations, and outside buyers to accurately deliver product to accounts within deadlines
  • Work with planning to forecast projected channel inventory needs and maximize sales in season through managing available to sell inventory
  • Help define important wholesale reporting metrics and prepare regular sales reports for senior management highlighting relevant KPIs
  • Travel when needed to trade shows and specific accounts locations to assist in visual merchandising and product knowledge, and to their offices to showcase seasonal collections
  • Manage all wholesale platforms including but not limited to NuORDER, Faire, Mirakl, Commerce Hub/DSCO, Marketplacer and more.
  • Pursue trunk show and pop up opportunities with partners
  • Be a true spokesperson for Andie - knowledgeable of all brand and product information 
  • Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to develop Andie’s overall wholesale strategy to deliver on long term business goals

Ideal Qualities

  • 5+ years in wholesale sales at an apparel brand; 3+ years in a sales leadership role
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential
  • We need a steward of the brand who will represent Andie’s values to all clients
  • Must have strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite & Cloud Data Room Drives. Experience in working in a B2B platform (NuORDER specifically is a plus)
  • Understanding of global regulation standards in apparel (packaging, labeling, pricing etc.)
  • Must be New York based with the ability to travel as needed to customers and trade shows
