on sizing:

I hear you have fit experts. Can I talk to one?
Yes, we’d love to hear from you! You can call or text us 11AM - 6PM, Monday through Friday at (646)-664-1197. Or you can email us any time at hello@andieswim.com
How do I know my size?
If most of your clothes are a 00/0, you should order an XS
If most of your clothes are a 2/4, you should order a S
If most of your clothes are a 6, you should order a M
If most of your clothes are a 8/10, you should order a L
If most of your clothes are a 12/14, you should order an XL

The high quality spandex and nylon blend that we use is very stretchy and breathable, so while we’re not quite one-size-fits-all, we’re one-size-fits-many.
Do your suits fit better on long torsos or short torsos?
The high quality spandex and nylon blend that we use is very stretchy and breathable, so while we’re not quite one-size-fits-all, we’re one-size-fits-many. Unless you’re super duper tall (in which case we hope you play basketball!) or super duper short (in which case we hope you’re a jockey!), you should feel right at home in an Andie.

on ordering and billing:

I submitted an order and need to make a change.
We process orders quickly but we’ll do our best to accommodate any change request. Please call us at (646) 664-1197 or shoot us an email at hello@andieswim.com
How long do I have to try the suits?
You have seven days to try the suits at home. Please make sure to return any suits you do not want to keep on the seventh day to avoid being charged.
When is my card charged?
Your card will be charged when we receive any suits you don’t want to keep. We will send you a confirmation and receipt once your order has been processed at Andie HQ.
What is the $10 deposit about?
Fraud experts told us this was a good idea. We need to make sure your card is legit and that you’re a real human!
Why don’t you take debit cards or gift cards?
We don’t take debit cards or gift cards because we have no way of verifying that there will be money on the card when we move to charge your card after you’ve received your delivery. Because we offer this “try before you buy” model, at this time we can only accept credit cards. When we’re bigger and more sophisticated, we’ll build a way to accept debit and gift cards, promise!
Why can I only order one box?
We’re a young brand with limited inventory, so at the moment we’re limiting orders to one box per customer. If you absolutely adore Andie and want to give these suits to all of your friends too, just shoot us an email at hello@andieswim.com or call us at (646) 664-1197 and we may be able to make some exceptions.
Can I still return a suit after I pay for it?
No. If you decide to keep a suit during the at home try-on period, it’s yours. We cannot accept suit returns following the try-on period. All buy now sales are final.
I wasn’t paying attention and sent back the wrong suit!
Just shoot us an email at hello@andieswim.com or call us at (646) 664-1197 and we’ll straighten it out.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by shooting us an email at hello@andieswim.com, subject line “ORDER CANCEL REQUEST” or give us a call at (646) 664-1197. But note that we pack and ship orders quickly so that you can receive your suits in a jiffy. Orders that have already been sent out cannot be cancelled or modified.
How do I check my order status?
As soon as your order has shipped we’ll send you a confirmation. You can always email hello@andieswim.com for up-to-the-minute updates.
How much does a swimsuit cost?
One suit costs $125. If you keep two, the suits cost $115 each. If you keep three, they cost $105 each. Collect ‘em all!
I’m having trouble navigating the website
Our site can get wonky on Internet Explorer. We recommend using Chrome or Firefox.
Break it down for me, how does this work?
Ordering an Andie box is easy. Simply select your typical clothing size here, enter your billing and shipping info, and within three to four days you’ll have three classic one-piece styles to try in the comfort of your home.

Take seven days to try the suits, look in the mirror, ask friends for feedback, then either keep all three suits (yay!) or drop the suits you don’t want into the polymailer included inside your Andie box and give it to your mailman or any USPS location.

We charge a $10 deposit upon checkout that will be applied to your order for whatever you keep.

Keep in mind that this is a “try-on” program, not a “wear into the ocean” program. Which is to say, all items must be returned in the original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the tags and hygienic liners attached.

on shipping:

How long will it take to receive my suits to try?
It typically takes three to four days to receive your Andie box.
I need to change the shipping address!

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately not at this time, but we’re workin’ on it! We see you, French Riviera.
What is my tracking number?
Shoot an email to hello@andieswim.com and we'll send your tracking info!
What mail carrier do you use?
The friendly folks at USPS.

Do you sell gift cards?
Not yet, but soon!
Where are Andie swimsuits made?
All Andie suits are made with love in downtown LA. We have partnered with a manufacturer that pays fair wages, including sick leave and paid time off.
How do I properly care for my Andie swimsuit?
You can pop your Andie in the washing machine, but make sure it’s on cold and don’t put it in the dryer! No bleach, obviously.
What quality control is done for items that are sent back?
We inspect all suits for signs of wear or damage and we replace the hygienic liner between each customer. By comparison, at a department store the same hygienic liner is used through hundreds of try-ons.
How do I sign up for your ultra cool email newsletters?
So glad you asked! You can sign up at the bottom of the Andie homepage.
