At Andie, when we say we make swim "by women, for women," we really mean it. Our company is female founded, with an 89% female identifying team that has achieved some amazing things. This International Women's Day, we knew the best way to celebrate: highlighting the women in our own HQ. Meet some of the women that make your swim dreams come true!

What do you do at Andie?

My job as Founder & CEO is to set the vision for the company, make sure we’re always moving forward, and tackle big strategic decisions—whether that’s launching new products, expanding into new markets, or even acquiring other brands. At the end of the day, my role is to ensure Andie continues to grow while staying true to our mission of creating amazing swimwear for real women’s lives.

Favorite Andie one piece?

I mean, our Icons are everyone's favorite, but lately I've been loving the Marco! The thicker straps make it feel really supportive while I'm playing with my kids, but our new Iguana color makes it still feel really chic and fashionable.

Best professional advice you’ve ever gotten?

Someone once told me, "If you don’t ask, you don’t get." Whether it’s a deal, an investment, or just a bigger opportunity—advocating for yourself and your business is crucial.

What’s your beach must have?

Besides an Andie suit? A good book and a wide-brimmed hat. I'm always balancing between disconnecting with a great read and protecting my skin from the sun.

What’s your favorite song right now?

Kenrick Lamar “Not Like Us” - still riding off that super bowl halftime show high.

Tell us about a woman that inspires you!

Sara Blakely (founder of Spanx) is someone I’ve always admired. She built an empire by solving a problem women actually had, and she did it with grit, humor, and relentless determination.
